Adaptation (2002)
We recorded two episodes in one day, we’re a serious podcast now. Starting off this double feature is 2002’s Adaptation. A surprisingly divisive movie for the Cusack Cuties. Listen to hear our thoughts.
‘Nothing Is Worth Remembering’ by Lucas Fisher Out Now
From Liner Notes:
In many ways this album is an attempt to unlearn much of what I have worked towards with other musical endeavors. Question previous motives and go against my instincts. Was I successful? I don’t really know. But I knew I had to at least try. The title “Nothing Is Worth Remembering”, while foolishly assured, is a reminder I try to tell myself that no matter how successful something might have been in the past it is still just that, something in the past.

Max (2002)
Max (2002), a baffling movie that proposes maybe people wouldn’t do bad things if their art career took off. We didn’t have a ton to say about it so we decided to do a retrospective Top 10 of the movies we have seen thus far. Do we pick pretty much the same movies? Listen to find out.
New Release From Sports Goblin ‘Sickle’ Out Now
From The Liner Notes:
It took a while to put this thing out, but I learned a lot about mixing, recording, and using actual instruments. Moving on from the 20W digital amp this was recorded on to a 100W solid state in the future will be really nice.
Hope you enjoy this little captive scene from last winter.
Another album soon enough (with bass.)
